In order for us to give out any information about you or your pet, we require your signature on a privacy release form.
Note: Many boarding & grooming facilities require all pets visiting their facilities be current on all vaccinations. This is for the safety of all pets visiting the facility. We will provide vaccination records only to boarding and grooming facilities when requested by the facility prior to your stay (with your permission).
