This is the receiving end of the portable X-ray beam.  This digital sensor takes the radiographs, converts it into a digital image on a computer laptop.  From here, the image can be darken, lighten, and enlarged.   Giving the Doctor various ways to look at the images.   Besides dentals, the sensor can be used to show detailed images on long bones (legs and feet) of pets
